I found the service inconsistent. Some staff were great. others seemed poorly trained! Getting a simple coffee at the Levante restaurant was a challenge. The staff really struggled with my order. I asked for a specific type of coffee, but it was wrong twice. It took ages to receive drinks.

I encountered issues with the QR code ordering system at the pool. It felt impersonal! and the service at Levante restaurant was slow. It took ages for drinks. A simple Calypso coffee proved to be a challenge for the bartender. The replacements were not what I expected. apply, twice. -.

i found the hotel very easy to navigate with my mobility issues the pavement from the road to the entrance is flat. the pavement is also signposted by different colours. there are no stairs from the entrance to reception or the terrace.
the room i booked was quite small i felt i was being pushed to upgrade which left me with a slightly bitter feeling

breakfast offered a very diverse buffet with a lot of choice. the rooftop restaurant called edge has stunning views and it is perfect for a special dinner. the soleo restaurant offers quality food with fresh ingredients.

the staff were very kind and helpful they were always smiling. they would touch my husband's arm before addressing him. the staff also spoke to him normally, which i appreciated.

i found the breakfast buffet extensive and delicious. the concierge staff were consistently helpful. receptionists and housekeepers were also nice (always ready to assist). i particularly enjoyed the swimming pools, well-kept.
the bathroom could use a minor update (it felt a little dated).
