FANTASTIC Honeymoon Stay!!!
attentive staff very nice detail sea view great experience
We just returned from our honeymoon break and were COMPLETELY amazed! The staff was attentive. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. I upgraded to a side sea view room, and it was worth EVERY penny. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is very nice, exceeding all expectations.
The hairdryer required a VERY firm grip to operate consistently, which I found difficult.

The staff touched my arm before speaking and addressed me directly. Staff were kind and helpful. The personnel was very attentive and respectful, providing great service throughout the stay.

The hotel is right by the sea. The hotel is near the old town. It is entirely flat from the main road to the hotel entrance, so accessibility is GREAT. The hotel has a splendid position with good sun loungers.

There are two pools with a jacuzzi, alongside a quality spa on site. The gym has a amazing view, and there is a ramp to access the pools EASILY. Lifts are available to reach the bedrooms and the promenade.

The room had a lovely view of the sea. The beds are VERY comfy. There is a ramp to the pools and a lift down to the promenade, providing easy access. The pavement to the hotel is signposted with colors.

Mixed Feelings about the Stay
poor training slow service
I found the service inconsistent. Some staff were great. others seemed poorly trained! Getting a simple coffee at the Levante restaurant was a challenge. The staff really struggled with my order. I asked for a specific type of coffee, but it was wrong twice. It took ages to receive drinks.

qr ordering system slow service
The breakfast buffet had many options.
I encountered issues with the QR code ordering system at the pool. It felt impersonal! and the service at Levante restaurant was slow. It took ages for drinks. A simple Calypso coffee proved to be a challenge for the bartender. The replacements were not what I expected. apply, twice. -.

accessible luxury
flat pavement coloured pavement accessible ramp convenient lift
i found the hotel very easy to navigate with my mobility issues the pavement from the road to the entrance is flat. the pavement is also signposted by different colours. there are no stairs from the entrance to reception or the terrace. i used the ramp to the pools and the lift down to the promenade with no issues.
the room i booked was quite small i felt i was being pushed to upgrade which left me with a slightly bitter feeling

breakfast offered a very diverse buffet with a lot of choice. the rooftop restaurant called edge has fine views and it is perfect for a special dinner. the soleo restaurant offers quality food with fresh ingredients.

the staff were very kind and helpful they were always smiling. they would touch my husband's arm before addressing him. the staff also spoke to him normally, which i appreciated.

extensive buffet helpful staff maintained pools
i found the breakfast buffet extensive and delicious. the concierge staff were consistently helpful. receptionists and housekeepers were also nice (always ready to assist). i particularly enjoyed the swimming pools, well-kept.
the bathroom could use a minor update (it felt a little dated).

comfortable beds delicious breakfast central location
The room featured comfortable twin beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious (especially the fresh fruit!). I enjoyed the close proximity to many restaurants and shops.
The gym's air conditioning was slightly too strong at times.
